They are the debaters on controversy. They are defined by their tendency to push the envelope and challenge people thinking. They are not afraid to share controversial views and to be assertive; not just in terms of their ideas, but also when it comes to achieving their quest for success.  

What makes a Challenger so different from other? The Challenger seeks to create and build constructive tension.  They point out what is missing from achieving success and failing.  They set goals for their lifetime and the methodology on what it takes not to be an average performer but a top performer.

They challenge all those around them so that they can bring out the most in people.  Remember, leaders develop other leaders and you can’t do this without challenging people to become leaders.
