I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality…. I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.
Martin Luther King, Jr.—
Are you a good leader? Even if the word “leader” isn’t in your job title, you probably have some indirect link to lead–most of us do. As we analyzed the characteristics of a good leader, Martin Luther King Jr. created the persona of what it means to be a great leader.
Dr.King focused on developing strong personal and spiritual relationships and advocated non-violence across America. He was generous with his time and fought for what the people wanted; always looking to resolve tensions in the relationships encountered over his lifetime.
Let the world remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. he was a great “Servant Leader” and loved by many. Today we honor a great man. We love you Martin!
