It is a leader’s duty to inspire others, to build and develop other leaders and to encourage people to change the environment where they currently live.

There are many lessons we can learn on the art of leadership, but one of the most important lesson is to start with your heart and lead by example. Don’t ask people to do what you wouldn’t do yourself, and balance connection with conviction.
